Section 1 — Purpose and Scope

1. Natures Only is a community designed to support respectful, authentic connection among adults who value the outdoors.
2. These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") establish mandatory standards for user conduct, user-generated content ("UGC"), and safety practices.
3. These Guidelines apply to all users, profiles, messages, images, prompts, comments, and any other content or behavior occurring on or through Natures Only.
4. Natures Only may update these Guidelines periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the then-current Guidelines.

Section 2 — Core Standards of Conduct

Users shall:

1. Treat others with dignity, courtesy, and good faith.
2. Communicate without harassment, intimidation, or coercion.
3. Respect boundaries and promptly discontinue contact when requested.
4. Act responsibly when arranging in-person meetings.
5. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Section 3 — Eligibility and Age Requirements

1. Natures Only is intended for adults. Users must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Any attempt to create, maintain, or facilitate an account for a minor is strictly prohibited.
3. Content that sexualizes, endangers, exploits, or depicts minors in any inappropriate context is prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Section 4 — Account Integrity and Authenticity

1. Users shall present accurate information and maintain a single account unless expressly permitted.
2. The following are prohibited:
   • Impersonation of any person or entity
   • Misrepresentation of age, identity, relationship status, or intent
   • Use of stolen, manipulated, or materially misleading images
   • "Catfishing," identity deception, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
3. Natures Only may require verification measures to confirm authenticity.

Section 5 — Respectful Interaction and Anti-Harassment

1. Natures Only maintains a zero-tolerance posture for harassment and abuse.
2. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
   • Bullying, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact
   • Threats of violence or self-harm used to manipulate others
   • Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual content, or pressure for sexual acts
   • Hate speech, slurs, or demeaning statements targeting protected characteristics
   • Doxxing or attempts to identify, locate, or expose another user
3. Users shall not encourage others to violate these Guidelines.

Section 6 — Prohibited Content (UGC Standards)

The following content is prohibited on Natures Only:

1. Sexual content and exploitation
   • Pornographic content, explicit sexual acts, or graphic nudity
   • Sexual services, escorting, or sexual solicitation
   • Any content that exploits or endangers any person
2. Hate, harassment, and discrimination
   • Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination
   • Dehumanizing, degrading, or inflammatory content
3. Violence and threats
   • Credible threats, glorification of violence, or instructions for violence
   • Graphic depictions of injury or cruelty
4. Illegal activity and regulated goods
   • Content facilitating illegal acts
   • Sale or promotion of drugs, weapons, or other regulated goods
5. Fraud, scams, and manipulation
   • Financial scams, phishing, or deceptive requests for money
   • Cryptocurrency "investment" pitches, wire-transfer requests, or gift-card demands
6. Privacy violations
   • Sharing another person's private information without consent
   • Non-consensual intimate imagery or threats to share it
7. Spam and commercial activity
   • Advertising, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or recruitment
   • Automated messaging, mass outreach, or repetitive unsolicited promotions
8. Harmful or disruptive content
   • Content intended to shock, degrade, or provoke
   • Content that undermines safety, trust, or community integrity

Section 7 — Safety Expectations for In-Person Meetings

Users are strongly encouraged to:

1. Meet in public outdoor locations and inform a trusted person of plans.
2. Maintain control of transportation and avoid sharing home addresses early.
3. Use caution with alcohol or substances and prioritize clear consent.
4. Trust instincts and exit any situation that feels unsafe.

Natures Only does not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee user behavior. Users remain responsible for personal safety decisions.

Section 8 — Respect for Nature and Public Spaces

1. Natures Only promotes responsible outdoor conduct.
2. Users shall:
   • Follow local rules, posted signage, and park regulations
   • Practice Leave No Trace principles
   • Respect wildlife and protected areas
   • Avoid unsafe, destructive, or illegal outdoor behavior

Section 9 — Moderation, Review, and Platform Integrity

1. Natures Only uses a combination of user reports, proactive detection, and human review to enforce these Guidelines.
2. Natures Only may remove content, restrict features, or take account action when it determines a violation has occurred or when necessary to protect the community.
3. Attempts to evade enforcement (including creating replacement accounts) are prohibited.

Section 10 — Reporting Violations (Apple UGC Compliance)

1. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, you shall use the in-app report feature to submit a report.
2. You may report profiles, messages, or other content directly within the app.
3. Reports are handled as confidentially as practicable and are reviewed for policy compliance.

Section 11 — Blocking Users (Apple UGC Compliance)

1. You may use the in-app block feature at any time.
2. Once blocked, the blocked user will no longer be able to view your profile or contact you through the service.
3. Blocking does not prevent you from submitting a report.

Section 12 — Enforcement Actions and Consequences

Natures Only may apply one or more of the following actions based on severity, context, and prior history:

1. Content removal or editing request
2. Formal warning and required acknowledgement
3. Temporary feature restrictions (e.g., messaging limits)
4. Temporary suspension
5. Permanent account ban
6. Referral to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities when warranted

Section 13 — 24-Hour Review Commitment (Apple UGC Compliance)

1. Natures Only is committed to reviewing reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior.
2. Where feasible, Natures Only will take appropriate action within 24 hours of receiving a report, including content removal and/or account enforcement.
3. Complex cases may require additional time; however, user safety and removal of harmful content remain the priority.

Section 14 — Appeals and Reconsideration

1. Users may request reconsideration of certain enforcement actions by contacting [email protected].
2. Appeals should include:
   • The account identifier or associated email
   • A clear description of the enforcement action
   • Any relevant context supporting reconsideration
3. Natures Only may uphold, modify, or reverse an enforcement decision at its sole discretion.

Section 15 — Privacy, Confidentiality, and Sensitive Information

1. Users shall not post or transmit sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, financial account numbers) through profiles or messages.
2. Users shall not share another person's private information without explicit consent.
3. Natures Only will handle reports and enforcement communications with discretion; however, information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users.

Section 16 — About Natures Only

Natures Only was built for people who feel most like themselves outside — on trails, beaches, parks, and open water — where conversation comes easier and connection feels more real. This section will be expanded with the company's origin story.

Section 17 — Acknowledgement

By using Natures Only, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Guidelines. You further acknowledge that violations may result in enforcement action, including permanent removal from the service.
